I just want to warn you that you need to read carefully the survey questionnaire, understand and answer based on what do you think is right, they need your true and honest opinion. Some questions are tricky and repetitive. In my understanding, the survey is typically designed to check your attentiveness and for them to know if you are consistent with your answers.
