POEA e-Registration Errors Confirmation Message
POEA e-Registration: There are four ways to fix this problem. First of all, do not take any action or anything that could lead to the cancellation of your application. Read the reminder lists below.
POEA’s strict reminders
1. Use only one active email address for account registration, this will allow you to receive an email confirmation for account activation in e-Registration System v.2
2. If no email confirmation is received, do not attempt to create or register another account by changing or changing personal information, for example. First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Birthday, and Passport Number.
3. Make sure the information provided here is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
4. Any Incorrect INFORMATION MISINTERPRETATION provided may result in the cancellation of your privilege to use e-Registration System v.2 and disqualification of your application.
5. If you encounter any problems, you can call/ask for help from your Crewing or Manning Agency because they contact POEA directly or contact POEA directly with these contact details:

Methods and Solutions
1. It could be in the SPAM or JUNK folder, find the message first or it could be delayed so wait for a few minutes to hours keep on checking your email.
2. If you did method 1, this means that you are already registered in the system the only problem is that you can't proceed to open the dashboard of POEA because of the confirmation message. What you can do is change your password. Follow the steps in the pictures below.
